Bill Fisher Tackle

Capt. Corey Gammill not only owns Bill Fisher Tackle, but also owns the guiding business Bill Fisher Outfitters. Corey has been guiding on Nantucket since 1998. BFO primarily runs regulators and targets Striped Bass/Blues/Bones and Falsies in the nearshore waters around Nantucket. He works with an incredible team of guys and they are proud to operate the premier light tackle fishing operation on Nantucket.

Corey lives on Nantucket year round with his Wife and Child. When not fishing, Corey is typically Coaching Lacrosse or Hockey or sneaking north to Vermont to ski as often as possible.

Corey's fishing background is like so many who have walked through the doors of Bill Fisher Tackle. His first bluefish was caught from Great Point with a stiff wind in his face and rain beating down on him. He was six years old. It was a typical "bluefish blitz", for which Great Point has become famous. To make that day even sweeter, Corey's twin brother Cameron caught his first saltwater fish within minutes of his younger brother. Ever since that day, it would be an understatement to say that the love of fishing runs in Corey's blood.
